What is included in a standard clean?

We clean every house to a high standard. Our standard cleans include detailed cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms. This includes wiping down of cupboard fronts, inside of microwaves, oven tops and splash backs. Dusting of all rooms, including ceilings, light fittings, window sills, picture frames, furniture, and skirting boards. Vacuuming, and mopping of all rooms. All we ask is that all floors are cleared on the day of the clean. i.e. any clothes or toys, to be able to vacuum and mop in the allocated time. What areas of Cheshire East do you cover?

We currently cover the Macclesfield, Henbury, Bollington, Prestbury, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Poynton, Bramhall and Stockport areas. 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my clean?

We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your clean from time to time. But we please ask that you give us at least 48 hours' notice from the time of your clean. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment then you agree to pay the full price of the cleaning visit. This is so we can pay our cleaners fairly for any lost hours and for any financial loss incurred as a business.

Which cleaning service does the 10% off first clean apply to?

The 10% off your first clean discount applies to regular cleans only. Other services we provide will be charged at the standard rate. Call or WhatsApp us on 07359 125448 to arrange a visit!

What is included in a deep clean?

A thorough deep cleaning of all rooms, including inside windows, window frames, skirting boards and door frames. Deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms. Inside and outside of appliances these include ovens, fridges/freezers, washing machines, dishwashers and microwaves. Vacuuming and mopping of all rooms including behind and under beds and furniture. Prices may vary depending on the size of your home and the services you require. We provide End of tenancy, move in/out, and one-off cleans. Will I have the same cleaners every week?

We will do our utmost best to keep your cleaners the same. But we can't guarantee this. You may have a different cleaner from time to time. This maybe due to your cleaner being on holiday/sickness.

What if I need to make a complaint?

We take all complaints very seriously. If you are not happy with the standard of clean or if any damage has arisen from a clean, we please ask you report this with photos, within 48 hours of the clean finishing. Please email your complaint to hi@pinkgloves.co.uk to ensure a written record of communication. Pink Gloves will consider many solutions, such as repairing the item or offering to reimburse the client of any amount up to £100. Pink Gloves reserves the right to close the case within 72 hours if the first solution was successful or the client fails to report their complaint within the required time frame. Pink Gloves reserves the right to make an insurance claim on behalf of the client, if there is no suitable solution. Please note, the client will be liable to pay an excess of £250.

Will I get a discount with a friends and family referral?

Yes, we will discount 5% off your next clean for every friend and family that books with us! Please note this is a one time discount per referral.
